| In August 2010, DePuy Orthopaedics issued a voluntary recall of its ASR™ XL Acetabular Hip System and DePuy ASR™ Hip Resurfacing System. Find information about possible symptoms, testing, treatment, and DePuy’s commitment to addressing reasonable and customary costs related to the recall.
