1. What are the risks and complications associated with having dental implants in my situation?
2. How many additional actions on my implanted dental implants can I expect over my lifetime?
3. If the implants fail, what will be the outcome?
4. In addition to the implantation, other measures about my teeth that are absolutely necessary must be carried out?
5. Which materials will be used?
6. Is a 3D planning and/or a 3D insertion helpful?
7. Is my jawbone qualified for implantation? If not, what can be done about it? What risks and side effects would be associated with this?
8. How and how long will I be compromised in the period after the procedure?
9. What can or must I do to maintain the implants for a long time?
10. What are my options if I am dissatisfied with the esthetic outcome of my dental implants?
11. What alternate procedures or products are available if I choose not to have dental implants?
12. Do you have before and after photos I can look at for each option?
